Abstract

Based on the provisions of Article 1 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, it is stated that marriage is a spiritual and physical bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form a happy and eternal (household) based on the belief in the Almighty God. Marriage is an important thing in human life. The decision to live together must be based on the laws in force in Indonesia. However, it is not uncommon for us to face various life problems amid our domestic life which can lead to divorce, etc. One cause is the difficult economic situation. This is a strong reason for conflict in husband and wife relationships and ends in divorce. Based on Article 114 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, the severance of marital ties due to divorce can be caused by a divorce from the husband or a lawsuit from the wife. Divorce is permitted on the basis that the benefits outweigh the negative aspects. However, divorce is a halal act that Allah hates, so it is best to avoid divorce with various preventive measures as emphasized in Indonesian legislation. The relationship between husband and wife divorce and economic problems is quite dominant in the Bangko Religious Court.The research approach uses a qualitative type of research. The object in qualitative research is a natural object, or natural setting, so this research method is often called naturalistic. Type of Research This type of research is a form of field research. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Research Settings The location of this research was carried out at the District Court. The District Court was chosen as the location for this research because the Implementation of the Civil Litigation Process Using the E-Court Application in the Application of Principles in the Bangko District Court is at the Bangko District Court. Some of the subjects in this research were interviewed, and some were visited for direct observation. This is done to adjust information or data obtained through interviews with data obtained through observation using triangulation techniques. The research subjects in this study were judges, clerks and bailiffs. Data Collection Methods: Interviews, Documentation, and Observation. Data analysis includes data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. After the data in the field is collected, the data is analyzed using the following data analysis: Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusion, then through induction the data is concluded so that the meaning of the data can be determined and Data Triangulation
