Abstract
Service activities in the form of socialization regarding the importance of certificate ownership as proof of control of rights based on PP No. 24 of 1997 is very necessary in connection with the growing need of the community for land, especially Bangko District, Merangin Regency which is known as a tourist spot, so that it is very possible for many efforts to transfer or transfer land rights. The general aim of implementing community service programs, this community implements one of the Tri Dharmas of higher education, in resolving, helping to resolve various problems faced by the community, especially in socializing the importance of authentic land ownership deeds. This service activity was quite successful considering that there was an increase in understanding regarding the importance of ownership of land certificates as proof of control of land rights. Participation and response from participants was also very good, as seen from the large number of responses and questions asked, including the large number of participants, activeness and discussions.
