This article was written by looking at the widespread use of the internet which is developing various negative things that will happen ranging from hacking of accounts, cellphones to fraud and so on, which is caused by careless use of the internet and social media. In this regard, knowledge is needed about cyber safety (digital safety) and digital health and wellness (maintaining physical and mental health in the digital environment), to anticipate it. This article was written by analyzing various relevant sources of information, so that it can be explained and concluded. It is hoped that this article can be developed further by the author, presenting it both inductively and deductively. The results obtained are that digital safety is in the form of Malware attacks, Phishing, Ransomware, Insider Threat, Credential Reuse, Man in the Middle. To maintain physical and mental health in a digital environment by maintaining good posture and sitting positions (ergonomics), keeping the duration of activities and breaks balanced, and preventing addiction to playing with devices.
